Ingredients Elbow Pasta -2 cups Water - 4 cups Butter -2 tbsps Garlic- 1.5 tbsp Onion/shallots -2 tbsps Paprika powder -1 tbsp Salt to taste All purpose flour -1 tbsp Heavy Cream-1 cup Cheddar Cheese -1 cup Shredded Mozzarella -1 cup Parmesan cheese - 1 cup Spring onions to garnish. Method Add Pasta and water with some salt and cook in instant pot - 3-4 mins high pressure, and do Quick Pressure Release. Filter the water from the pasta and save some for later. add a tsp of olive oil to avoid sticking. Put the pot in sauté mode Add butter Add garlic and sauté for few mins Add Onion/shallots nd sauté for few mins Add paprika Add the flour Give a good mix Add heavy cream Mix well Add all 3 cheese and give a good mix in the heavy cream. Add the cooked pasta and give a good mix Add the water to adjust the consistency In the baking dish alternate layers of pasta and cheese and bake at 400f for 10-15 mins until you have the desired top layer consistency..
